The Science of Life or Ayurveda is considered the sister science to yoga with a history that dates back over 5000 years. It helps uncover our unique mind-body constitution so that we can live in a state of harmony. It is an essential part of my daily life for the last six years. I am super excited to share this with you.  

Ayurveda is considered by many scholars to be the oldest healing science. In Sanskrit, Ayurveda means “The Science of Life.”
